Toad King

Toad King is a great android app to help you track things. Not just moods. Anything. The "Markers" are totally customisable. It's simple to use, displays simple graphs in bar or plot form, data is easily shared via gmail, cloud etc. The only drawback is that it does not aggregate the data of multiple markers into 1 graph. Great for nerds and control freaks.

Update Tuesday October 2nd, 2018: It looks like Toad King is not available on / has been removed from, Google Play, too bad!
